Resource Hub

Find information about resources available to residents in Standish-Ericsson using the database below.

 

To use:

1) Click Grouped by 2 Fields and select “Collapse all.”

2) Choose the resource type you're interested in. (For example, Public Works)

3) If applicable, choose the subtype you're interested in. (For example, Parks)

4) Browse the table and click the link to learn more about each resource.

 

Use the top row buttons to more easily navigate the table, filter by keywords, or use the search bar in the upper right to find a specific resource. 

Great Streets
Facade Improvement Grant

SENA works with the City of Minneapolis to fund facade improvements. The city funds:

​

  • Awning and business signage installation or repair

  • Exterior painting, including murals

  • Siding and finish restoration

  • Masonry repairs

  • Window and door updates

  • Exterior lighting

  • And more

​

You can apply for this matching grant if you are:

  • The building owner.

  • A commercial renter that has approval from the building owner.

The building you're improving must be:

  • Located within a Great Streets business district.

  • Used for retail, office space or other community service, like a daycare center.

Timeline

Step 1: Meet program requirements
Head to the city website to see all requirements.

Step 2: Meet with us
Inform SENA of your project & make sure plans match Great Streets Design Guide.

Step 4: Wait for approval
Once we approve of the project, we'll send over an agreement and work can begin.

Step 5: Begin project
Make sure you've obtained proper permits. You have 9 months to complete the project once you've signed the agreement.

Step 6: Request check
SENA will request final documents and send reimbursement check.
